Try this article from RIM:

BlackBerry Search Results

Essentially the 5302 error means that 1 of the 2 MAPI reg keys are named wrong or are missing.

Is this a new install? Did you move to new hardware. What has changed recently.

Also, the last error you posted measn that the Messaging reached the maximum amout of restarts and now you have to wait 24 hours or reboot the BES.

But until you fix the reigstry it will continue to fail, fix the reg key and then reboot.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Talking Working

Thanks Gibs,

I verified the registry and everything seams to be ok, i restarted the server, verified the db users, verified the user permissions, the versions of the dlls and everything seams to be fine.

So at the end i decided to uninstall the BES and reinstall it again, so i do it and now it seams to be working fine, the user just reported that he was able to connect so i just need to get the confirmation that he is able to send emails and syncronize the calendar.

And now i dont see any error on the event viewer.

Greetings,
Carlos Rodriguez
