4.1.0 is pretty outdated by now.

Thank you! The previous admin had this concept of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" hence the reason we are way out of date. I will be upgrading to 4.1.6 shortly, thanks again!!!!

Not sure if this gets updated any longer but I recently upgraded my BES from 4.0.7 to 4.1.6
