I just got a new domain that is realted to blackberry, and I want to create an web site for besadmins.

What kind of things are you BESAdmins looking for that you dont already have?

I though have creating a wiki with all of the info I could think of that you can link KB's and forms.

I also though i could create some How to Videos and post them:

A good topic to have is Calendar not working from BB to Outlook. It's a very common issue and the info is easily found on RIM's TKC and here but people always have trouble fixing it.

I think that a sample line from BES logs would be good have for people to look for and checking permissions at the server, mailbox store and public folder store levels. Also, what groups break the Calendar like Domain Admins and what not.

An all inclusive article for Send As would be good. Performing a knife edge cutover(any version of your choice), setting up Disaster Recovery. There are lots of topics to be covered. Screenshots would be awesome. I'm in the process of getting my PC back to supporting VMWare so I may try setting up some things and I'll take screenshots of anything that may be of use and send em your way.

I like all of thoes ideas. I have all of my notes saved from all of my cases with RIM TSupport, and I started to put them into the wiki that I created. Some of the stuff you said I already have some of the stuff I dont. thanks for the ideas and if you want to send me the screen shots that would be cool.

I might also use captivate to create videos on how to do stuff. Only problem is I will have to setup a test environment to get all of this stuff done.
