Default Meeting Appointments not appearing on BlackBerry Devices

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone come across the following issues:

Some of our users have meeting requests that appear in their Outlook calendar but they do not show in their BlackBerry device. This is a random issue and we have so far not been able to identify any trends with the reported cases we have. It varies with Delegates accepting meetings but also people with no delegates.

Wireless Synch is turned on.
BES Server 4.1.2
Various BlackBerry Devices from 7230 - 8310
Outlook 2003 SP3

Any advice would be great.

there have been a few calendar bug fixes since 4.1.2. Might want to think about upgrading to 4.1.4 mr4. Other then that I always like to make sure that my users are following the following:

Thanks for the advice, I will speak to the BES Admin about the version of BES. But I dont think this will be feasible in the timescales that we need to get this resolved.

We are aware of the article which we already publish to our users.

Has anyone else experienced these issues ?

Stupid question but are these invites directed to another folder in Outlook other than the Inbox?

When the Calendar does not sync from Outlook to BB it is not a BES issue, unless email isn't working. When an appointment arrives in Outlook it is delivered to the BB like an email, so it does not require CDO or permissions so much.

More than likely a setting or BB issue.
