Currently the contacts folder synchronises fine with my handheld, but I have got two sub-folder under Contacts (1). Business (2). Personal

Is there anyway that I can also synchronise the contacts within these subfolders onto the device ?

OL2003 and Exchange 2003 SP2

They should sync it is kind of something that works but RIM will not really supoort it. I to know that anything put into the sub folders does take a long time to sync.
