i updated bes 4.1.3 to 4.1.4 recently and my users complaining about missing sent items on their blackberries. This was definitely different before the update. The Users may see only one or two sent message but mostly just the last one sent per day in their sent-folder.
As Backend System we are using a novell groupwise 7.02hp2 environment.
Is there any policy adjustment necessary ?

I would just make sure that the folder are set for redirection.

Folder Redirection for this folder is active.
Immediately after sending some emails they are visible in the sent folder as they should. After some time (>5mins) just the lastone is visible in the sent folder ! I checked already any setting on the backend side(groupwise environment), wich could affect this behaivor, bot no luck.

Another interesting thing....when i change the setting on the handheld:
Messaging Options/General Settings/Hide Sent Messages to NO
The messages are visible. But not when i browse the Sent Folder via the View Folder Entry.
