I have a BES Express server and 2 Blackberry phones (a Curve and a 8700).

When I delete messages on Outlook they aren't removed from the phone.

What can I do about this? Is there something on the BES server.

Make sure that delete on both handheld and server is on under your options for email accounts.

Where would I find that option?

Messages > Options > Email Reconcilication

o yeah thats on. Delete on Handheld and Mailbox. Wireless Reconcile: On. On Conflicts: Mailbox Wins

how are messages deleted? shift delete or normal delete?
deleted by someone else controlling your mailbox (secretary)?

hard deletes aren't recognized in the standard configuration.
you can turn hard delete on in the BlackBerry Manager under de domain properties and than under messaging.

when messages are beeing set to read or unread in the BlackBerry, wireless reconcile is on (wireless reconcile controls read/unread, deleted or moved messages)

Delete on my own mailbox by just hitting delete on the message in Outlook. They wont get deleted on the phone, so I have to do it 2x.

What is a hard delete?

Still never got this solved, anyone have any ideas?

If i delete messages out of Outlook, the email is updated on the phone (deleted).
If i delete messages out of Blackberry, the email is not updated on Outlook (remains, isn't deleted).

Are there some other options I should be looking for?

What version of BES are you running?
