For the last few days I started getting the error "could not open the ID file" whenever I try to add users in the blackberry manager. Any idea what is wrong? I am using the BES for lotus domino.

Found this on RIM's TKC, has to do with the BES install but may be of use:

Sounds like BBMgr has lost track of the local Notes install (I had something similar happen when I upgraded Notes). You could add the path to the ID file to your environment variables - I think that's what fixed mine.
