Filtered and failed messages mean just what they say. When an email arrives on Exchange the BES checks filters before sending it to the BB. If a filter applies and that email is not forwarded then the filtered count goes up.
If you try to send an email and it fails, eg. Send As issue, then the failed count will increase. |
