Any of you using any mobile Remedy solutions? Just curious as to what's being used and what your feedback is on it.

We used to use Remedy, but have since switched to HP Openview and have it loaded on the BES monitoring it, granted, havent heard how well or how good it is working yet. I would assume you are talking about Remedy ARS?

Yeah, ARS.

Mark, depending on your need, it's mostly recognized as a ticket/request-centric support solution. RIM uses it for their support ticketing system, for example. I would say that most of the Fortune 200 companies use it as well.

We migrated from Remedy to Altiris Helpdesk last year. Last month, we began piloting an app for IT support staff to access their tickets, queues and client contact info from their BBs. So far it's been successful. It was built in-house using the MDS runtime.

Hi!

We are using the helpdesk solution, too,

Can you give me some tips about using Altiris and Blackberry? Perhaps you can send me your solution?

We tried Vettro but they just took too long building the trial that it just wasn't feasible for us. And even then it wasn't working right.
