I manage a command center and we have 3000 blackberry devices on a BES, Does anyone know of a desktop tool that can emulate a BB device thus enabling my group to test the BES 2 Exchange connection without the need for them to have a device ? We get both exchange and BES issues but the analysts are blind to testing and we just call out the support groups which is not efficient
