Default New User Problems

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I'm setting up a new user and running the Enterprise Activation. The Blackberry activates but only goes back 4 days. All other users go back 30 days.
Running BES 4.1.3.18.
Anyone any ideas why this happens?
Thanks.

What do you mean by it 'only goes back 4 days'? Email, calendar.... what?

BES pre-population for 4.1 is defaulted to 5 days, but can be set up to 14 days. There is no way to pre-populate email that is 30 days old.....
