We are running BES 4.1 SP2. When I try and connect to the MDS services I get prompted to install the certificate (which i do) - it then asks for a un/pw.... for the life of me i do not know what it is expecting here. I have tried the account i specified when i created the DB plus pretty much every other account i can think of ...

Am i doing something wrong or is there a way of finding out or reseting the password for this ?

You should click on cancel on the login request and then shutdown and reopen BlackBerry manager.

If it asks again click on cancel again and then click on the BlackBerry domain before clicking back on MDSS.
