Automatically Accept meeting requests and process cancellations does not work in exchange if you are a blackberry user. BES 4.0.7.8 CDO ver 6.5.7651.61.

Also what is supposed to happen to a calendar appointment when it arrives on the blackberry. If outlook is closed, will the blackberry mark the appointment as tentative.

IE if a delegate opens the appointment will it say "This appointment has been tentatively accepted" or will it say "please respond" What is supposed to happpen ?

Would somebody please take 5 minutes out, to help me out. I need to know what the correct behaviour is supposed to be.

Could someone perform the following tests and let me know the results thanks Matt.

USER A is a MANGAER
USER B is a delegate

USER A has outlook closed.
USER A receives a calendar appointment and does not accept it.

USER B looks at Manager A's calendar from outlook using delegate access.

Q1) Can user B see the appointment in the managers calendar (from outlook)
Q1a) If user b can see the appointment if the appointment. open the appointment in outlook. what does the text say. (does it say please respond or does it say tentatively accepted.

Please help me out it will take no more than 5 minutes.
