I am running BES 4.1.4 for groupwise. I just installed the latest version because I thought it might help us with a dst issue.
Now, I know this is going to sound weird, but we visited all the patches a year ago, and things went fine then, and in the fall. All of a sudden during the spring DST change, nothing seemed to work.
Again, BES 4.1.4 for GroupWise, on a windows 2003 server. We are running the 6.5.6 Groupwise client (patched for DST) and running API and not SOAP.
Here is the exact problem. The mobile devices all have the incorrect time. The network time is correct, but the device seems to want to be 1 hour off. This is where it gets weird. Every appointment created on the Blackberry before the time change is off 1 hour. If the appointment was created in the groupwise client, it changed just fine.
All of our devices are at 220.127.116.112. I think there is an update, and it would be good to know how to push it out to all the devices, but I don't know now.
