Default user cannot send original email

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user that can send and reply to emails from the corporate account. However, when he tries to send a new original email he receives an account is invalid message. He also has Gmail on the device but has apparently always had this on his device. It used to work until about 10 days ago.

Any ideas.
