| Did you make sure to add the appropriate BESadmin permissions to the new exchange server?
Use the following tools to help out your troubleshooting located at:
c:\program files\research in motion\blackberry enterprise server\utility\
From a command line run: iemstest.exe to ensure that BESadmin has permission to the user on your new exchange.
If successful you should get something like this back:
C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Utility>iemstest.exe
BlackBerry Enterprise Server Utility - IEMSTest.exe (IExchangeManageStore), Vers
ion 1.0

Opening Default Message Store Mailbox - BES Admin.
Opening message store for USER using /O=Company Name/OU=Domain/cn=Rec
ipients/cn=USERNAME /O=Company Name/OU=Domain Name/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=ExchangeServer/cn=Microsoft Private MDB.
USER's Mailbox opened successfully.
Root Folder opened successfully.
Folder created successfully.
Test folder deleted successfully.
Test completed successfully for USER.
If this comes back successful, try running handheldcleanup.exe from the same directory to fix BES pointers. After doing this, reload the user within Blackberry Manager and it should start working shortly. (Doing these steps help expedite the BES being updated, if you wait long enough it should update itself on the next scan by BES) |
