Adding a new address book in Groupwise
Ok folks, have a new issue here!
One of our Senior VP's made some changes to one of their address books.....I know, we have all heard this one before. But here is my question:
A user has created a new address book within Groupwise, when I go into the BES and try to select their new address book for syncing with their device, it is not there as an option, all of his old address books are, but not the new one that was created, any ideas?
Running GW 7.03 on the clients PC
Running GW 6.5.7 and 4.1.3 on the BES
The BES was rebooted last night for some maintenace.
Ok folks, we have figured it out and have learned a valuable lesson, you cannot add a new address book from a NAB file if you are proxyed in to someone elses account. Live and learn.
