Default Aussie DST Issues + pushing updates

Please Login to Remove!

We've currently got a BES in Sydney with a dozen or so users on with a local Exchange 2003 box as well.

The DST patches have been applied to the Exchange box but the Blackberry's still appear to be 1 hour behind. They show as GMT+10 whereas they are currently GMT+11 over there.

Any ideas on if there is a patch that needs applying to the BES or if there is an update that needs to be applied to the handhelds?

If its an update on the handhelds, can that be pushed out remotely? Were running v4.1 with SP4 but i've never really looked at the pushing updates side of things.

Have a look at KB15058 in the RIM Support page for a full guide to what is required.
