Default Emails sent from BB body text issue

Please Login to Remove!

I was made aware by one of our users that whenever he sends out an email from his Outlook or OWA and he goes back to view the email he sent on the BB, the body of the text is blank and it'll show at the bottom "-----More Available: **** bytes-----" (* represents a number). And if you click the wheel and click on more the text of the body is retrieved and will be there permanently for just that one message.

My question is: Is there a way to show the body of the text permanently for ALL sent emails w/o having to click on the more option? I tried going into messages > option and i saw the "automore" option and i played w/ the setting to no avail. Is this something that needs to be done on the BES or Device side?

Thanks in advance.
