Default Migrating GW BES to MS BES - 400+ BBys

Please Login to Remove!

We are migrating our 4000 + mail clients from GW v6.5 to MS Exchange V 7. and have to migrate (reinitialize) 400+ BlackBerry BES users during this process.

I have a plea for anyone who has already done this: Do you have any tips, gotchas, recommendations etc. that you can share to help ease this process for me?

Thanks in advance!

1) Backup HHs
2) Upgrade HH OS's to newest version
3) Reactivate

If you can upgrade the HH OS on the devices, this is definitely the time to do it (since you're going to have to wipe anyway. If you can't its not the end of the world ... but it is certainly an opportunity.

#1 recommendation, follow the install guide to the T.
