One way sync on 8130....what is causing?

I'm on a BES, and when i add a contact to my device it synchs....when i add a contact to outlook it doesn't synch. Same for memos...I have wireless synch turned on within my 8130. Suggestions?

I was just added to a BES after using wired synch for about a month. I loaded newest DM on a brand new laptop so I know it isn't the DM mgr settings (at least the old ones) that is causing this.....any ideas?

What happens if you add a contact through OWA? Does anyone else have this problem?
