Is this happening to anybody else? We are in the middle of a migration to Office 2007, and ever since we started putting it on Exec Admin user machines, we're occasionally seeing meetings in Outlook that don't get synced to the Blackberry. As a result, if the manager is only checking his Blackberry calendar, they are not seeing some meetings, and seeing duplicates of others. This only seems to happen to users in a manager/delegate relationship where the manager has a Blackberry. Anybody got any troubleshooting advice?

You can try these few steps -

Install the latest service packs.
Make sure the ESM version on your Blackberry Server is latest or equal or higher than t version on your Exchange Servers.

I too am having this issue. It is pointing back to the DST patch applied to the exchange server. From what I see there is no fix for this yet. BES 4.1SP4 MR2 might fix it but the fix creates another problem where meetings are tagged as automatically tentative but the organizer never gets that notification. I have yet to see if if 4.1 SP5 addresses either problem
