I searched around and was unable to find anything about this, but I do apologize if I missed it.
I'm trying to figure out how make a policy that will filter specific messages up to Level 1. And also, how to force profile settings for level 1 messages.
Basically, we have specific messages that we want to make sure make the ringer go off, no questions asked. I figure if I make them level 1 and set the level 1 ringer that should do the trick, unless there's a better way?
