Looking for some information on what is RefIDSearchFolder ?
why alot of users have more than 4000 items in this folder ?

I know its used to keep track of message reconcile and PIM Synch but dont know what is actually kept in this folder and for how long ?

what cause number of content count to be so high ?

any details will be appreciated

This is where the BES Server keeps track of the messages forwarded to BES device. Information such as the time when BES server received the email and the confirmation time from the device is also stored here.

As for the count, it may be high because of all the messages that it may have processed.

Also I believe it stores the metadata of the messages and not the full message so it may not be taking up double the space.

well size is showed as zero and count is too high for most users, and there are physical items in the folder itself
