Default BES and Exchange Server migration

I'm in the process of migrating users from my old Exchange 2000 box to a new Exchange 2003 machine which is joined to the old oraganization. My question is, when I move users to the new Information Store on the new box, I appear to lose BES services. Is it possible to configure the BES to monitor two different Information stores? I have the Express version. Would it make more sense to simply migrate the BESadmin account to the new box along with all my BB users? Will simply moving the BESadmin account to the new box direct the BES to look for and forward mail from there?

You need to do a couple of things:

1. Update MAPI/CDO on the BES to match the new Exchange Server
2. Apply the appropriate permissions for BESADmin on the new Exchange Server
3. Ensure that the MAPI profiles can see the new Exchange Server
