Default BES Activation Process Looped

Hi guys,

we've recently activated a BES 4.1.4 for Exchange with the beta connector of Zimbra Collaboration Suite for testing this RIM product..

everything with some blackberry work very well (8800 and 8300 with OS 4.2), but with three 8300 and OS 4.5, just the first activation goes well but EVERYTIME we reboot the BES server all this blackberry starting the reactivation and after the process complete (without any percentage) we get duplicate address book and on the "enterprise activation" section of advanced option we've the written "Initializing.." and stuck in this mode forever..

Now, i know that the 4.5 is a beta OS, but i think that is a very big bug!
and this process doesn't happened on 8800 with 4.5 (only duplicate address book)

anyone with the same BB (8300) and OS have this problem?

Perhaps you should consider putting 4.2.2 back on the 8300 devices.
That's the best starting point to addressing these issues.

ok.. that's can be a very good solution..
but now i've found after a search this information on the BB site

i've done a little check, and i see all INVALID_SYNC_STATUS for al the users
and after a double check and the nth reboot the BB with OS 4.2 says under the activation date TODAY...

how it can be possible?!?

Seeing as this is beta code contact RIM. Let them know about it. That's your best bet.
