Default Installing a SBE BlackBerry Enterprise Server CAL

Please Login to Remove!

How do I install this CAL on the BES server via the Blackberry Manager? We had someone setup this server and now they are unreachable. I am a server admin, but don't know much about the BES server other than adding/deleting users. We only have 1 other user on this system, just adding a second. I searched the admin guide and couldn't find anything on this. BB Manager is version 4.1.4

Thanks in advance!

try this: not really sure how accurate for your version but it should be close

Start the BB mgr
Click Domain.
In the Tasks area, under the Account heading
click License Management .
Type the new Client Access License
Click Add License and Close.

You've highlighted the BlackBerry Server in the left pane Explorer View... you need to highlight 'BlackBerry Domain' instead.
