Can't activate myself, can activate other users on BB
I'm having trouble activating myself on my BB. Whenever I try, it says "Could not contact server. Please contact your system administrator."
I know it's not a bad password, and I know I have BES because I can activate two other users on said BB, no problem. I've wiped it multiple times, so I know it's not that, either. I've even deleted myself from Exchange, and re-added myself.
Can you surf the web?
Did they activate the right data plan?
AT&T has mucked this up on 6 phones in a row.
Verizon did it on the only BB we have with them.
Yep, I can surf the web just fine. Like I said, I know I have the BES plan because I can activate 2 other users on this BB.
For some reason, My Anti-virus was filtering .dat files for My Email address only. Go Figure!
