OK so here is what happened. We (I) moved from a SCR mailbox ex2007 to a CCR mailbox. Moved everyone and everything ( bes account included), weeks, everything running smoothly, BES included.
I then goto decom the old SCR mailboxes, they are nothing but trouble because of the legacy public folders i had moved over.. well a little ADSI and the public folder removed, the old mailboxes removed, again all is well, another week goes by, the hypervisor running the BES server goes for a reboot, and it comes back, bes - nothing working. I check all around i see that i need to do this - http://www.blackberryforums.com.au/f...age-store.html

so i did. I was able to open BES manager ok, everything worked as far as MAPI setup in manager and server with BESAdmin on the new CCR mailboxes.
Now i get mapi success, but when i try and open the manager it says it cant make a connection and to look at logs, thus pasted above.
Ive read every article known to man to try and fix this, including trying to make a new BESAdm, with redoing all rights, and when i try and open mapi config as the new user it says MAPI subsystem is missing, intresting it works ok under BESAdmin... so i then install the EMC for 2007 (tools only!!) thinking it would fix dll errors... no luck.. right now im back to having services using the original besadmin account. i checked via outlook and owa that besadmins mailbox is NOT corrupt. Im guessing the mapi subsystem is a good indicator of where my problem lies, im very close to making a new bes server and burrying this one behing the shed.

before i ask for help, let me thank ALL OF YOU for the help you have given me that i used before i signed up for an account, you are all life savers, but i have been unsuccessfull on this mission and could use a miracle.

Thank you.

having public folder issues, i know this for a fact, 2003 clients can no longer connect to my server. Resolving them, any tests out there to run against the server to make sure its ok.

If you are still getting the 5305 error on the BlackBerry Messging Agent, use this article:

Default Deleted BESAdmin account

my client deleted the BESAdmin account, he recreated it.
We went thru all the steps to give it the right access. Still no fixy.
Then we restored the original account, still no fixy.

Nothing except the the "Reset System Folders" guid did it.
I don't understand why though.
