Does Boxtone inform you of latency issues, and where the causes lie? As well, as how soon do you know about latency? (this seems to be our biggest issue)! Wow 6000 devices....we have 2 BES, 530 devices (and climbing quickly), and a RepliGo server as well....
We do take care of latency issues and allow you to pinpoint exactly where the latency occurs ( between mail and bes, on the bes, or bes to device )
