Guys,

One of my users has an 8800, when deleting a mail off the handheld it deletes out of his outlook email fine no probs, but when he deletes a message in outlook it never syncs back to the handheld, he recieves email and calendar syncs wirelessly no probs, is there an obvious setting I have overlooked.

i assume this is on a BES? if so make sure that user is set to bidirectional syncing under the settings.

Cheers, yes this is on a BES server running 3.6, I have 21 handhelds running off it, and the problem is only happening with this one handheld, there was an orginal problem where the provider set it up for the wrong network, I'm thinking a wipe and re-install may be in order, cannot remember spotting a bi-directional setting, is this on the desktop manager software ??
