I have a user with an 8800 at software version 4.2.1.74 whose deletes don't synchronize in either direction. We have a fully updated BES. His device previously worked, but our BES crashed and I rebuilt it new, and since then no dice. What do you suggest as the easiest solution? All my other users are working appropriately.

Or does it just show delete / cancel?
