Default Deletes don't Synchronize

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user with an 8800 at software version whose deletes don't synchronize in either direction. We have a fully updated BES. His device previously worked, but our BES crashed and I rebuilt it new, and since then no dice. What do you suggest as the easiest solution? All my other users are working appropriately.

There is a reconcile setting on the phone.
I would start there.

If you set the device to prompt delete from handheld or mailbox and handheld, does that prompt show up? Or does it just show delete / cancel?
