Ok... so I have a user. Who always has pending messages on the BES. I think that he leaves his BB off for over a month. He's a high level exec and only uses the phone when traveling.

Is it possible for mail to be Pending... but be beyond the 30 day default (keep mail) setting?

This guy is pretty constantly pending like 500 messages.

BES 4.1.5 Domino 6.5 (this has been happening way before the upgrade to 4.1.5).

I have one of those too. Just tell him to keep it on.
