Got a user on an 8800 - when he deletes emails from his Blackberry, he doesn't want them to delete from his Outlook inbox - that is the default setting for all staff here but is there any way to configure it like this for him?

I recently started here and have inherited this BES environment so any help would be much appreciated

We are running BES version 4.1.3 (Bundle 37)

Have you tried modifying the Email Reconciliation settings on the device itself?

No i havent actually, I will give that a try.

Is that setting under options etc? I will try and get the BB off the user today
