Default Not receiving email

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user that keep complainting about not receiving all the email. The user received the email at the Groupwise (desktop), but not at the BB. I check the BES that the user account setup is same as everybody else.

What seem to be a problem? And where should I start to troubleshoot.

Is the device setup correctly with the carrier? Can you send a PIN to PIN message?
