Default Issues with BPS 4.1.4A

I have 21Cals on our BPS server, and about 30mins ago I attempted to put my bosses phone a 8700r onto the network when I started having problems, the first attempt seem to go okay with the exception that some emails were reporting that the service book didn't support the message. So I tried resending the service book and it didn't help, I ended up deleting his account from BPS and wipping his phone again.

When I ran the wizard and added his account back in the IT policy started displaying some error 70....PIN invalid and it refused to do EA.

Since he was running tight on time I had to restore his stuff back to his phone and turn on this bis account again.

Also I noticed after I deleted his account from BPS and waited 10mins before applying it... even checked the USER tables in the DB and didn't see anything after I added this account and went and changed the password the IT Policy error 70...PIN invalid shows up automatically and I haven't even attempted to EA the phone to the server yet. WTF!!!

How? and how in the heck to I get the server to drop him and remove all errors so that when we have the time agian I can attempt this without wasting my time banging my head against the wall! LoL
