Default Performance problem Outlook-BlackBerry

I have a performance problem in Microsoft Outlook.

Ver. BES:
Ver. Exchange: 2003 sp2
Ver. Microsoft Outlook: 2003

We have 60 users with a BlackBerry and 500 normal Exchange Users.
If a user opens a shared calendar / shared mailbox from a BlackBerry user, it takes 10/15 sec. If you do this action with a normal Exchange user, it is fast.

Please, we can help me?

I tried this and see that users with more appointments take longer.
Did not matter if BB user or not.

Have you run MS Exchange trouble shooting Assisstant?
I found out my Database Disks were just a lil too slow and upgraded them.
Now my lookups are much faster.
