Hay all,

I am new to this site, I am a Lotus Notes Domino Administrator who is desperate to find a new job, only trouble is most 90% of all the jobs I am coming across want strong BB skills, we have a BB server here in our environment but it is managed by another engineer. I was wondering if there are good recourses out their that someone could recommend that would give me the big picture. Thanks.
