Not using SOAP

I have a user , which happens to be me, that when added to the BES can not then Activate. I am able to add other users just not myself.

I receive the following errors in the event log.

BlackBerry Messaging Agent BES Agent 1
User (Me) not started

and

BlackBerry Messaging Agent BES Agent 1
{Me} GroupWiseMailbox::GroupWiseMailbox() Novell Login() Failed

and

GWConnector
{2} {Me} FID Check Failed: MessageId=4832800F.WMS.FSPO2.100.16C6561.1.152DF.1 , ExpectedId=1323837, OrigFID=782, AcutalFID=782

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Could be that you have admin rights, I know this is true with exchange, not sure with GW.

do you have multiple PO's (post office) ?
every PO should of course be fully trusted with the BBserver.
is your address hidden from the other users?
It normally can't be a rights issue like in exchange, because of the full trust between the BES and novell groupwise server and installs are just done under the Administrator account like with Domino.
