Default Filing Messages (Groupwise)

Please Login to Remove!

I didn't see many threads on this...

My boss files his messages in many different folders. It hasn't been keeping up with syncing the Groupwise and the BB. He's got the setting set for hiding files messages, but they aren't moving on the BB, after he moves them in Groupwise (Couple days is the time frame).

Another curiosity, is that in his file list, he's got two Archive Trash folders. This has been there since activation.

Any ideas?

I am just shooting in the dark here, but what about a possible upgrade on the PO's to 7.0.3 to go along with 4.1.4, also, have you taken a look at the logs to see if you can determine were the issue might be as well as the Event Viewer for applications? Just a thought.

The PO upgrade is a whole other issue in itself..our network admin says it is technically upgraded, but that it is reporting itself to be 6.5. She just worked on that all day saturday with no luck.. (Side note: Any of you groupwisers have that issue?)

I have looked at logs, but haven't seen any abnormalities.
