All of my Blackberry 8830 users are unable to have their calendar information sync from the 8830 to Outlook. I have checked the CDO.DLL and the MAPI32.DLL. They are fine. I have BES version 4.1.4.19. Everything else is fine. Help is needed.

Does Calendar work from BB to Outlook for anyone? I'm guessing not. Did you check permissions? Is the BESAdmin part of any admin groups? Did you search BlackBerry Technical Solution Center for "one way calendar"? That article that will help you solve this issue.
