Hi Guys,

I have been dealing with Blackberry for about 5 years now and currently do some partial administration on our company BES.

I do have full access to the BES and have a good working understanding from a Blackberry standpoint.

What I do not have is a great working knowledge of the Exchange environment and the tools that I can use to help diagnose issues with slow email delivery and such which cause issues with EA's failing.

So was wondering which tools do you suggest using to help diagnose issues.

I did download the admin server pack to allow me to remotely go through AD permissions and such but I recall previously being able to search mail ingoing to certain mailbox's or searching for a sender for example etp@etp3001 type address's but cannot recall what tool this was or where i found it.

any help much appreciated.

does this allow any type of monitoring on the exchange side of the fence though?

I'd really like to be able to see like the gateway of messages coming from outside sources

On exchange unless you have the funds for a good tool (zenprise, messagestats) you're limited to the Microsoft Best Practice Analyzers
