Exclamation HELP... With SK65 activation

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Everyone.

I have almost reached the point of giving up so i am hoping some of the experts here can offer some help???

I am trying to activate 2 sk65's on our BES and i am getting no where below is the status.

Status -

Simm's -
Both simm's are on tmobile simm's are GPRS enabled and both have unlimited data plan. both were also removed from 2 7290's which were working 100%.

BES -

BES is running V 4
Both users were running fine with 7290's i have tried to change the pin and also delete and recreate the users.
When the sk65 is connected via the usb it shows as connected.
When i try to resend the poicy it comes up with an error. Also when the devices are wireless they do not show connected.

Desktop -

desktop (these are running outlook 2003) i can sync all the address book and calendar (not wireless) so i know the BB manager is working fine.
I have tried to recreate a new key this makes no different

SK65's -

Under BB i have the black berry browser
Under settings i have the following
Message service - Desktop (CMIME)
Service Books - Desktop (CICAL)
Desktop (BrowserConfig)
Desktop (SYNC)
Desktop (IPPP)
Desktop (ALP)
Desktop (CMIME)
T-zones-tmobuk (WAPTrans)
T-zones (BrowserConfig)
Browser Config for 5 Click
IPPP for 5 Click

Software version 3.8.0.194

If i goto the "web client" under BB menu then i can get to the blackberry BWC signup page (so this proves my wap is working right???)

However if i try to use the BB Browser i get the following

Unable to connect the selected Mobile Data Service, please try later.
If the problem persists please contact your administrator

Not sure what else to write......

Any feedback / suggestions greatly appreicated.
