Default Simple question for BES users - 05-28-2008, 10:02 PM

I have a customer with a Blackberry that was given to him by his employer (Citi). Before he got hired, I set his Blackberry up with 2 different e-mail addresses using BIS through AT&T.

The question is, now that he is using his BB with a BES server, how can I add a second e-mail address to the phone? Can I setup a BIS account while he is on BES or is it one or the other?

Thanks in advance for the help.

The user can have a BIS account despite being on the BES. There may be an IT Policy preventing the service books to be loaded on the device though.

At this point, it is worth giving it a shot setting up the account and testing sending/receiving.

To change your PIN to FFFFFFFF, drop the BB in a lake.
