Default How to determine which SP is installed

Please Login to Remove!

I have searched for this, but I couldn't find the answer.

How can I find out which service packs (if any) have been installed for BES?
I have inherited a 4.0 BES for Exchange. If I go to HELP/ABOUT it says "4.0.6.12"

I saw a thread here that advised going to the Add/Remove Programs applet and select the "support information" option for the BES application. When I do that I get the same information - 4.0.6

Does this mean there are no SP's installed?

Thanks,
-Tim
