Default Capturing SMS Msg's - 06-02-2008, 09:41 AM

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to capture SMS messages on BES. We currently disable SMS to our users for compliance reasons, but would like to give this option to some of our users. We use the latest version of BES and Exchange 2003.

Since you cannot capture MMS, can you turn that feature off and only have SMS?

Yes, definitely.
You can use IT Policy settings to disable MMS.

IT Policy > Common Policy Group > Disable MMS = True
