advice needed

I need some help, i have a MD whos blackberry does not reconcile right, when he reads a email it doesnt got to unread on the device i have checked all settings on the blackberry and on the BES, also changed phones, and deleted and readded users but still no different, the only thing that is different between him and the rest is hes on vodafone and we are on BT?

any help would be great,

Yes i have 60Blackberry 8320 on our BES all work fine, just this one person, he using a mac and uses 2008 for email, but that shouldnt make any difference as its link to our exchange,

I would check how 2008 is setup.
Is email transfered to a local personal folder?

Had that last week.

no email is setup using the exchange part of 2008, goes stright into there,

So the inbox is located under a personal folder then?
