Default New to BB: How do I transfer my Address Book?

Please Login to Remove!

I am new to Blackberry's... just got my first one yesterday with Sprint. I purchased the Curve and love the phone! Long story short, this was a last ditch effort for Sprint to keep my business and it failed. This morning I switched to Verizon, but bought the Curve again. How do I transfer just my address book (contacts) from the old Sprint Curve to the new Verizon Curve?

When you enterprise activate the Verizon Curve, BES will populate the device with all of your data and settings that you were using on the Sprint Curve, as a result of the Wireless Backup feature.

I hadn't setup BES with the old Curve yet. But I just solved my problem: connected the Sprint Curve, backed up data, connected Verizon Curve, restored data! Vioala!
