Default Rewiped handheld... how can I resynch the inbox ..

Please Login to Remove!

There's only the emails since I redid the handheld... Shouldnt everything in the in box synch up?

No. When a device is activated you generally only get 5 days worth of 'pre-population'.

However, if an exsiting user on the BES, has their device wiped (without removing and readding the user to the BES), then they won't get any pre-population.

There is a registry hack for the BES to add this ability. Search this forum...I know it's here somewhere.

You can also do a backup before wiping out the BB and restore the Messages database.
